§ A640-19. Incorporation of the application.

All of the statements and commitments contained in the application and any amendment thereto submitted in writing by the company to the Town, except as modified herein, are binding upon the company as terms and conditions of this consent. The application and any other relevant writings submitted by the company shall be annexed hereto and made a part hereof by reference. Specifically, as indicated in § A640-2 of this ordinance, the company's application shall be considered as Exhibit A to the ordinance. That application, although not duplicated, shall be considered to be incorporated herein by reference.
